How long does shipping take?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-2 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 3-5 business days. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs delays, postal delays or extraordinary delays (as an example Corona).
Tracking numbers will be updated as soon as possible after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 2-3 business days please email us at contact@yaniko.com.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is damaged. We give you 14 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
yaniko cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
