How long does shipping take?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. All orders from Monday to Friday are shipped within 48 hours of you placing the order using different shipping service providers depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 4 to 6 business days. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs delays, postal delays or extraordinary delays (as an example Corona).
Tracking numbers will be updated as soon as possible after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 2-3 business days please email us at contact@yaniko.com.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is damaged. We give you 14 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?
Basically not because we ship from Europe to Europe and there are no custom fees. If you need any further information please contact your customs office.
Note: yaniko cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.
